Fresh crab food Crab Paella
Paella originates from Portugal and south-eastern Spain and the name is from Latin word for pan: patella. This makes sense as the word paella in fact describes the pan you cook it in as much as it’s associated with the food.
How many this will serve will depend on the size of your paella (pan), but it should be good enough for 6 people.
The list of ingredients here. You might be able to skimp on some of the seafood to cut costs, but the rest is all quite important.

Let’s cook delicious Crab Paella
1. Bring the fish stock almost to a boil, crush the saffron threads between your fingers a bit and add them to the stock.
2. In your paella, heat some of the olive oil and fry the whole prawns and crab pieces (in the shell) until they turn pink.
3. Add the rest of the oil, then the onion, garlic and paprika. Cook on medium heat until the onion goes soft. Then add the fresh tomato, increase the heat and cook until it’s reduced.
4. Add the rice and salt, then mix well for about a minute. Then pour in the most of the stock and bring the pot to the boil for 3 minutes. Don’t forget never ever stir the pan!
5. Reduce heat to medium-high so it’s still bubbling around the edges of the pan.
6. Continue to cook for about the next 12 minutes until most of the stock has absorbed rice, but don’t stir. Shuffle the pan around to keep the mixture loose, but stirring will ruin the paella texture.
7. Add the rest of the stock, especially around the edges.
8. Arrange the peas, pepper slices and crab portions on the top of the paella. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
9. You can add the whole prawns and cook for a couple more minutes, then remove from heat. At the end finally, add garnish with lemon wedges.
10. Serve your masterpiece paella grande Crab yum yum.
