Lion Dance Vietnamese TET Lunar New Year Celebration 2018 Australia
Tet is a momentous celebration of the Lunar New Year for the Vietnamese people. It coincides with other Lunar New Year celebrations such as the Chinese New Year and typically falls between late January and early February.

This year, Tet starts on the 5th of February and typically lasts for 3-4 days. It’s a festive time where people return home and visit their families, friends, have large feasts, play traditional games and give out red pocket. Its also a good time to reflect, remember our ancestral roots and set goals for the year ahead.

We want to share our celebrations with you and would like to invite you to our Tet Festival.
A 2-day long celebration to welcome the new Lunar New Year, by the Vietnamese Community in Western Australia. Organized by Vietnamese Community in Australia WA Chapter.

LOCATION: Wanneroo Showgrounds
